This year, our Guest Experience Manager, Cloe Izycki, has been adding an extra touch of joy and thoughtfulness to our guests’ rooms, including delightful and meaningful surprises to commemorate special holidays and significant occasions throughout the year. Upon entering the room guests are greeted with a personalised card accompanied by delicious treats. The card may feature a poem, message, or a small note with information about the day or occasion being celebrated. Previous celebrations have included St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, May the Fourth, Cinco de Mayo, and Mother’s Day to name a few. During the Easter weekend, Chloe arranged a themed card and an exciting easter egg hunt within the guests’ rooms. This interactive and immersive experience aims to bring smiles to the faces of our guests.

Another of our educational experiences we offer at Millbrook is our resort history tour. Millbrook is situated on land with a rich and diverse history, and we believe it’s important for our guests to understand what existed here prior. That’s why we provide a self-guided history tour, which is complimentary for all guests and can be enjoyed on foot or by bike. You have the choice between the ‘yellow trail’, a brisk 20-minute walk, or the ‘red trail’, a leisurely 90-minute stroll. During the tour, you will explore the resort grounds and visit significant historic landmarks across Millbrook Resort.
