With more than 25 years in exercise science and corrective training, Luke takes a holistic approach to building strong, balanced, pain-free bodies. His coaching begins with understanding how a client moves, then designing a strength plan that supports posture, performance, and everyday function.
Luke has worked with professional athletes, bodybuilders, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities. He believes no two bodies respond the same, which is why he begins with movement assessment before tailoring programs to occupation, sport, injury history, and long-term goals. His style is encouraging, practical, and focused on improving how clients feel and move through life.
He is passionate about functional movement, mobility, and athletic longevity, helping clients reduce pain, recover from setbacks, and train with confidence for everyday activities or sport.
When he is not at the Health & Fitness Centre, Luke can be found on the golf course, preparing for ski season, running local routes, or training in the gym.

Frazer brings an engaging balance of structure and enjoyment to every lesson, creating a supportive environment where swimmers feel confident to progress. With qualifications in Teacher of Swimming and Competitive Strokes, he works across all skill levels — from first strokes through to refining technique for more advanced swimmers.
Recently joining us from Miami Swim Club in Queensland, Frazer has extensive experience working with children aged 4–14 as well as adult swimmers. Water safety is central to his teaching, with survival skills and confidence in the water woven naturally into his programmes.
Beyond the pool, Frazer is also a yoga and breath-training instructor. Alongside a strong interest in physiology and anatomy, this allows him to explain movement simply and effectively, helping swimmers develop both control and efficiency.
When he is not on pool deck, you will find Frazer hiking, cycling, surfing, painting — or occasionally testing his swing on the driving range.
