Millbrook's in-house guests receive complimentary use of the Health & Fitness Centre, courtesy shuttle to and from Queenstown and Arrowtown, preferential rates for golf green fees and complimentary WiFi during your stay.

Please take note of our cancellation policy for bookings of Resort Homes:

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival day. This means that transferring your booking to alternative dates will be considered as cancelling the original dates, and the deposit cannot be applied towards the new dates. Furthermore, please be aware that any requests to decrease the duration of your stay or change to a different accommodation type may also incur in a penalty.

The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of any cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, including decreasing the number of nights or changing to a different accommodation type, 100% of the prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A two-night minimum stay is required for this property. All golf bookings and fitness classes must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Two Bedroom Resort Homes:
These can accommodate up to four adults and one child with a $55 per night rollaway for those under 12, or a complimentary cot for children under two. One cot or rollaway per home and subject to availability.

Three Bedroom Resort Homes:
These can accommodate up to six adults and one child with a $55 per night rollaway for those under 12, or a complimentary cot for children under two. One cot or rollaway per home and subject to availability.

Four Bedroom Resort Homes:
These can accommodate up to eight adults and one child with a $55 per night rollaway for those under 12, or a complimentary cot for children under two. One cot or rollaway per home and subject to availability.
