The luxurious spa at Queenstown’s five-star Millbrook Resort has been named the best of the best, taking out the coveted title of ‘New Zealand’s Leading Spa Resort’ at the World Travel Awards.

The World Travel Awards, celebrating its 21st anniversary this year, acknowledges, rewards and celebrates excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry, with half a million votes cast annually by travel professionals and high-end travellers.

“This is the fourth consecutive year the property has been recognised by the World Travel Awards’ voters, suggesting the resort continues to be a shining example to its competitors in the region,” he said.
As a regional winner in Asia and Australasia, Millbrook now moves forward to the World Travel Awards Grand Final in Marrakech, Morocco in November.
