Millbrook Resort has received a number of awards and accolades over the years positioning itself as one of the leading accommodation, golf, spa, dining, property and resort venues in the world.
This year the five star Queenstown golf and lifestyle resort has added yet another string to its bow receiving the prestigious title of 2021 Employer of the Year, awarded by the RealNZ Queenstown Business Awards.

Following its Employer of the Year success, Millbrook has confirmed that employment sustainability is a key area of the business as it enters 2022, and Millbrook is committed to rewarding its 270+ team members with fair and equitable wages.
Commencing 3rd January 2022, Millbrook Resort will become a living wage employer.
Millbrook’s Director of Operations, Brian Howie said: “Becoming a living wage employer is the next step to enhancing our employee experience at Millbrook Resort and contributing to our team members financial wellbeing. It’s really important that our team members can enjoy a better quality of life and in-turn contribute towards the prosperity of the local economy.”
