Terms & Conditions
- Full payment will be taken at the time of booking
- Cancellations from November 24th 2023 will incur 100% cancellation charges
- Cancellations before November 24th 2023 will be charged $50 per person
- Final numbers will need to be confirmed November 24th and is subject to availability
- Seating times allocated will be 2.5 hours per table up to 8 people, and 3 hours per table over 8 people
- Dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking
- Resort credit cannot be used towards these events
- Member’s discounts do not apply for these events
- Any outstanding amount will be due for payment on the day alongside any further purchases, i.e. beverages
