Greener Stay Terms & Conditions
Millbrook’s commitment to achieve environmentally sustainable tourism means the resort will no longer be facilitating daily room servicing.
As a thank you for supporting us on our mission to create a better and healthier environment, we have credited your account with $25 for each night of your stay (excluding your arrival night) to use at any of our resort outlets.
If you would prefer to further contribute to the protection, restoration and enhancement of New Zealand's natural environment and biodiversity, you are welcome to donate the full amount of your resort credit to our chosen charity, the Whakatipu Reforestation Trust upon check-in.
Terms & Conditions
- A Greener Stay is automatically applied to all Deluxe Studio, One and Two Bedroom Suite bookings staying two or more nights.
- A complimentary housekeeping service and linen change will still occur on the third day of your stay for all bookings five nights and more.
- $25 resort credit per booking will be applied to your room account every night of your stay (excluding your arrival night).
- Additional room amenities are available on request, such as tea, coffee, towels, linen and toiletries.
- A complimentary cleaning hamper and garbage removal is also available on request.
- Resort credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or as credit towards accommodation rate.
- Millbrook staff may still access/enter rooms for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose if deemed necessary.
- Millbrook’s Greener Stay programme does not apply to Resort Homes, Luxury Retreat and Owner's bookings.
*Housekeeping services include the making of beds, general tidying, emptying bins and replacing toiletries.
