Luke Marshall

Personal Trainer

Luke began his studies in Exercise Science in 1998 and has not looked back. He owes a lot of credit to his first personal trainer who changed his mind set on exercise and helped him see the importance of functional and corrective exercise methods for a stronger, stable body inside and out.

With so much to offer his clients, Luke will match his training style to suit the needs of anyone he works with. He has key knowledge and experience in correcting movement discrepancies allowing the body to move more functionally.

Luke has a diverse skillset allowing him to work with anyone from professional athletes and bodybuilders to pregnant women and people with disabilities. He follows a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and believes one size does not fit all when it comes to exercise prescription. It is important to first get an assessment on how your body moves and then form a program based on sports, occupation, previous injuries, etc.

Luke has a keen interest in skiing, running, gym work and golf. When he is not at the Health & Fitness Centre, he may be out on the golf course hitting balls or building up kilometres on the roads.

He loves working with all his clients and really thrives seeing them happy, pain-free and achieving their goals, whatever they may be.

Toby Bunyan

Swim Instructor/Personal Trainer

Toby possesses extensive experience in swimming, triathlon, endurance sports and free diving, and is comfortable coaching children and adults of all ages. Whether you are learning to swim, looking to improve your swim stroke, aiming to boost water confidence, or wanting to build up strength and mobility in the gym, Toby's diverse range of experience is sure to contribute to your goals, and thanks to his personal endeavors, he can also provide specialist support for those gearing up for a triathlon or harboring an interest in ‘ultra distance’ sports.

Toby is an incredible athlete, with many great achievements (and stories) under his belt. These include completing a full distance Ironman Triathlon and a 17km nonstop open water solo swim across England’s longest lake in just 6.5 hours in 2022. In 2023 he completed two Ultramarathons while on the backpacker trail! Toby loves a challenge, and he can't wait to help you prepare for yours - big or small.

Challenges are par for the course for Toby, who was born with a club foot and has battled and overcome many challenges. He can offer you a unique insight into injury and recovery science and how to break through both physical and mental barriers in a healthy and sustainable way. He has represented MiracleFeet, a global charity for people born with club foot, fundraising and speaking at global conferences alongside other guest speakers such as the WHO Director General, inspiring many other to achieve their own personal goals.

What sets Toby apart is his strong emphasis on recovery combined with his focus on mental and physical resilience, ensuring a holistic approach to wellbeing while empowering you to dig deeper and truly maximise your potential.

Paige Palmer

Personal Trainer

Deciding to turn her own passions into a career is what drove Paige into the business of Personal Training and Coaching. Paige has a great love for weightlifting, aerial arts, dance and all things movement and fitness, revolving her life around training and nutrition.

Paige’s areas of interest and expertise are in sports performance conditioning, flexibility, mobility, and hypertrophy. With her past experience in martial arts, soccer, aerial arts and dance, she understands the importance of building a strong mind-muscle connection in order for her clients to reach an optimal level of performance.

Having a background within the healthcare sector of the UK, Paige is passionate about the use of movement and good nutrition for improving both our physical and mental wellbeing. Her experience in the health industry has resulted in Paige focusing highly on injury prevention, joint stabilisation, and improvement of balance.

Regardless of sporting type, level of experience or background, Paige is always happy to chat about fitness goals and strives to help increase client’s physical confidence and mental health both in and outside of the gym!

Kim Seulgi

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Kim’s journey into Pilates began with a profound appreciation for its mindful movement and holistic understanding of the body. Kim immersed herself in the practice, finding a deeper sense of connection and strength with each session.

Driven by her passion, Kim pursued intensive Pilates training with internationally recognised STOTT Pilates, becoming a Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher. Now she channels her enthusiasm into guiding others of all ages and levels on their own Pilates journey.

Kim believes that Pilates is more than just exercise, it’s a transformative experience that empowers individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being. Through personalised sessions, she helps clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall vitality.

With Kim’s guidance, clients experience a newfound sense of confidence and balance in their everyday lives. Her dedication to helping others feel their best through movement is evident in every session.
