Roku Hanami Fizz

Made with Japanese Roku Gin, this cocktail blends sweet ginger and cherry flavours with cherry jus. Top it with lemonade or soda water, depending on how sweet you like your drink.

Matcha Martini

Matcha, a vibrant green tea from Japan, has become a popular trend, often seen in lattes at cafés. We’ve incorporated this power food into a cocktail, combining it with Japanese vodka or gin and sugar syrup for a fresh and unique Matcha Martini.
