Edible flowers, herbs, micro-greens and seasonal vegetables flourish under the care of our dedicated Kitchen Garden team, who follow biodynamic growing principles. During your visit, you will also gain an insight into our sustainability practices and how they are woven throughout the resort.
Guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary Kitchen Garden tour during the summer months. Wander through the gardens where fresh, vibrant ingredients are grown for our restaurants and bring the family to meet our free-range hens. Bookings are essential and can be made at Reception.
