Edible flowers, herbs, micro-greens and vegetables thrive under our talented team's biodynamic agriculture. You will also learn about our sustainability practices and where we are applying them throughout the resort.
Guests are invited to receive a complimentary tour (during the summer months) of Millbrook's Kitchen Garden where vibrant and fresh ingredients are grown for each of our restaurants. Bring the family to meet our happy free-range hens. Tour bookings are essential and can be made at reception.

During the warmer months, tours run Monday to Friday. Hosted by Mikey our amazing biodynamic gardener, enjoy hearing from him as he talks about different growing conditions for various types of produce.
Tours are approximately half an hour and are subject to weather conditions.
